How do I cancel my subscription?

When you signed up the through website:
To cancel your subscription when you signed up through the website, log in to your account at tribecashortlist.com. Then select your name in the top right corner of the page. Under your Billing Information section, the last option is to cancel your subscription.

When you signed up through an iOS device:
To cancel your subscription when you signed up through an iOS device, please follow these steps:

When you signed up through Roku:
To cancel your subscription when you signed up through Roku, please go to:

When you signed up through Amazon Prime:
To cancel your subscription when you signed up through Amazon Prime, please visit 'Your Video Subscription' under Your Account at amazon.com.

When you signed up through Fire TV:
There are two options to cancel your account through Fire TV.

To cancel your account through the Fire TV app:
1. Go to Apps and select Tribeca Shortlist
2. Select Uninstall
3. Select Remove from Cloud

To cancel your account through amazon.com, go to www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions and enter your Amazon username and password. Next to the Subscription, select Action and Cancel Your Subscription.

When you signed up through Android:
To cancel your subscription created through Android and Google Play Store, please visit: https://goo.gl/e019Vv .
